Penelope Rakov

Penelope holds an MFA from Tyler School of Art and a BFA from Alfred University.

She has a self-described obsession with murrini, a particular process of making detailed patterns using glass cane. Through a system of pulling, bundling, pulling, and bundling again, Penelope reveals an ongoing story of “infinite retelling.”
