Gabriela Alvarado

Gabriela “Gibs” Alvarado, is a mixed-media artist who draws inspiration from her interest in film, television, and other pop culture references. Her love for art budded from her fascination with the brightly colored cartoons she watched as a child. Today you can find her at UrbanGlass, flameworking glass jewelry that still reflects her childhood interests. Gibs is a member of the Fall 2023 Bead Project cohort.
