Auzzie Dodson

Auzzie Dodson is a Louisville, KY native interdisciplinary artist with a focus in sculptural basket weaving and glass. They are a 2022 UW-Madison graduate and First Wave 11th co. alumni. They currently reside in Brooklyn, NY where they have deepened their knowledge of glass as a Studio Futures Alum and Bead Project alum. Their work is dedicated to the observation and conversation between natural mediums and society. Auzzie's work celebrates heritage while addressing internal/external shame through bold color, pattern, text, and texture.
